I recently had the opportunity to facilitate a training of about 25 people who are new to the agile mindset. To facilitate their understanding of the values and principles of agile, I created the Collabinart® Gallery Experience, where participants formed small teams and created a small, virtual art gallery. Each team competed to earn the highest Net Promoter Score by the visiting public (me!).
Through this experience, teams learned to self-organize, experiment, and quickly adapt to feedback. They learned to collaborate. They learned to interact with each other to produce the best art gallery they could.
